The original Maui Xaphoon® Bamboo Sax is hand-made from bamboo, sustainably selected from the rain forests of East Maui by Xaphoon® inventor Brian L. Wittman. Available in the keys of C, Bb, D and low G, each possesses a two octave, fully chromatic scale. The Signature Series and custom key Xaphoons® are also part of the hand-made bamboo collection.

Identical in sound to the original bamboo instrument, the Pocket Sax is made from industrial strength ABS resin and retains all of the characteristic richness and versatility. This extremely durable instrument is ideal for classrooms, students on a budget, and anyone who might be subjecting the instrument to rough conditions.
